Shipping at a glance

Here’s how shipping works at Outback Maasai:

Australia & New Zealand: A$13 shipping, free over A$120 or on any 3 tees.
Tees: arrive in about 1–3 weeks.
Hoodies: arrive in about 2–5 weeks.
Maasai Shuka: flat A$20, posted from Perth (Australia only).

Outside Australia and New Zealand, shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship tees and hoodies worldwide.

Made when you order

Every Outback Maasai tee and hoodie is printed on demand by our print partner, Printful. There’s no stock pile. Your order is made just for you after you place it, usually at the closest Printful facility that makes that product. Some orders are made in, and shipped from, another country.

How long it takes

As a simple guide (door to door, including printing):

Tees: about 1–3 weeks.
Hoodies: about 2–5 weeks.
Maasai Shuka: we pack and post from Perth, usually within 1–2 business days of your order, then Australia Post handles transit.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, customs and carrier hold-ups can slow things down. Once your parcel is with the carrier, the timing is in their hands. We’ll always help you chase it.

What it costs

Australia & New Zealand (tees & hoodies): A$13 per order. Free when your order is over A$120, or when you buy any 3 tees.
Everywhere else: shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.
Maasai Shuka: flat A$20, Australia only. If your cart has tees or hoodies plus a shuka, both shipping charges apply.

The exact amount always shows at checkout before you pay.

Maasai Shuka: posted by us from Perth, Western Australia (Australia only).

Prices and currency

Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you’re shopping from overseas, the store can show prices in your local currency. Your bank may still add its own conversion fee.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.

More than one parcel

If your order has items made in different places, it may arrive in separate parcels. That’s normal. You won’t be charged anything extra after checkout.

Customs and import fees

Some tees and hoodies are made in, and shipped from, another country, so import fees can apply depending on where you live. Those fees are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Getting the address right

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn’t collected, we can resend it, but the reshipping cost is on you. We can’t guarantee delivery to PO boxes, so use a street address where you can.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel something? Email us straight away at hello@outbackmaasai.com. Printing starts quickly, so once your order is in production we usually can’t change it.

Where we ship

Tees and hoodies: almost everywhere. Printful can’t ship to a few places because of legal or carrier limits, including Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, and the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions. The Maasai Shuka ships within Australia only.
